Where are you from?
Croatia. The Adriatic basically raised me.
My grandfather was a fisherman and my hero, and some of my happiest childhood memories were spent by the seaside. It's probably why I ended up doing what I do today.
I'm Katarina, and I help people discover the very best of yachting — from finding the right crew and yacht to shaping experiences they'll remember for years.

Chartering or buying a yacht should feel effortless. Too often it doesn't — the wrong yacht, the wrong crew, costs nobody mentioned until later. My job is to make sure none of that happens to you.
With 20+ years in the yachting industry and experience across 100+ countries, I find the yacht that fits you, not the other way around. I personally vet every yacht on your behalf, and I'll tell you candidly when something isn't right for you, even when it would be easier not to.
Here are a few questions I'm asked most often.

Between Croatia and the Netherlands. I've lived in Norway, Hong Kong, Ireland, Russia, Brazil and Argentina along the way, and each place has left its mark on me.
Today I divide my time between Croatia and the Netherlands — one will always be home, the other captured my heart with its rich maritime history, its canals and its world-class yachts.
Over twenty years.
I started as crew, learning the industry from the inside out. Over time, yacht owners and guests began asking for my advice, trusting me with their holidays, and recommending me to their friends and family. What started as helping people enjoy their time on the water organically grew into the house I run today.
To learn, stay curious, and experience more of this incredible world.
Every country, culture and encounter teaches me something new — not just about the destination, but about myself. And I'm a firm believer in first-hand experience: if I'm recommending a place, I want to know it, feel it and understand it for myself before suggesting it to anyone else.
Japan and Brazil. They couldn't be more different, yet both completely got under my skin.
Japan fascinates me with its culture, precision, and the art of omotenashi — hospitality at its finest. Brazil captured me with its energy, warmth and infectious joy for life.
A small note: I speak Portuguese, and the company name Bom Dia was inspired by Brazil. Literally, it means "good morning" — but to me it's more than a greeting. It's a way of approaching life, with optimism, curiosity, warmth, and the belief that the best experiences are still ahead of us.
The Adriatic, obviously. I'm biased — it's home, and it will always have a special place in my heart.
But I also love the Caribbean, the Balearics, the South of France, Italy and Scandinavia. One of the things I love most about yachting is that every destination has its own personality, its own rhythm, its own magic.
The magic is in the match — the right yacht, the right crew, and someone who understands how to bring it all together.
If any of that resonates, or you just want to talk yachts, my inbox is always open.
